Sanchari Rentals Terms and conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of cameras and equipment from Sanchari
Rentals (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By renting any equipment from the
Company, the customer (hereinafter referred to as "the Renter") agrees to abide by these terms.
2. Rental Eligibility
● The Renter must be at least 18 years old.
● A valid government-issued ID and a refundable security deposit are required before
renting any equipment.
● The Company reserves the right to refuse rental to any individual at its discretion.
3. Rental Period & Extensions
● The rental period starts from the time the equipment is picked up or delivered.
● Late returns will incur additional charges as per the Company’s pricing policy.
● Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before the return deadline and are
subject to availability.
4. Rental Fees & Payment
● Full payment is required before or at the time of pickup.
● Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit card, UPI, or online transfer.
● Any additional charges due to damage or late returns must be settled immediately upon
return of the equipment.
5. Security Deposit
● A refundable security deposit is required before rental.
● The deposit will be refunded upon return of the equipment in its original condition,
subject to inspection.
● Deductions will be made for any damage, loss, or missing accessories.
6. Equipment Condition & Usage
● The Renter is responsible for inspecting the equipment at the time of rental and reporting
any defects.
● The equipment must be used responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
● Subleasing or lending the rented equipment to third parties is strictly prohibited.7. Damage, Loss & Repairs
● The Renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rented equipment
during the rental period.
● In case of damage, the Renter must bear the cost of repair or replacement.
● If the equipment is lost or stolen, the Renter must compensate the full market value of
the item.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
● Cancellations made 24 hours before the rental start time will receive a full refund.
● Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of [X%] of the
rental amount.
● No refund will be issued for early returns.
9. Liability & Indemnity
● The Company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use
of the rented equipment.
● The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims,
losses, or legal proceedings.
10. Termination of Agreement
● The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the Renter fails to
comply with these terms.
● The Company may recall the equipment at any time if it is found to be misused or
mishandled.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
● These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Bangalore, Karnataka.
● Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings as per applicable
laws.
12. Agreement Acceptance
● By signing the rental agreement or accepting the equipment, the Renter acknowledges
that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
